General recommendations

Allianse usually recommends upgrading your ica-client to the newest client. New functionality and improvements in speed is very useful, or needed and should normally be present in your connection to your desktop. In some rare occations a certain upgrade recommendation will not be given. This will then be highligted in the "not supported" section of Table 1

Upgrading is only neccessary when using Webclient or full client. The Java version will be streamed down to client, and will always be the most recent available , that is supported of course.

A regular upgrade of your web-client(from Windows update or other source) is also to recommend , again because of speed and security improvments.
